Ben is the founder of Tryk Law and has been practicing for more than 10 years in Fresno - specializing in personal injury matters. Presently, Ben has tried more than 20 jury trials to verdict and obtained monetary awards during binding arbitration.
Ms. Manzo is the Office Administrator for Tryk Law and also works with clients as a Case Manager. She works closely with the attorneys and staff to assure quality and timeliness of pre-litigation demands. She works with medical providers to assure medical management and prepares files for demand to be reviewed by the firm's attorneys and sent for processing.
Joe Lopez specializes in civil litigation. Mr. Lopez has been assisting in the handling of Fresno Personal Injury matters with a focus on Motor Vehicle Injuries and Premises Liability Cases for over 20 years. He proudly served our country and is Retired from the United States Air Force. Joe is a Senior Paralegal and began with Tryk Law, P.C., after working with an insurance defense firm that represented grocery stores
Ms. Gallardo has been with Tryk Law, P.C., since 2013 and has worked as an intake specialist and case manager. Her concentrations include interacting with clients, assisting with potential new client meetings, scheduling and working with all attorneys and staff in client development and satisfaction.
Ms. Sanchez joined the firm in 2021 after working for at two other Plaintiff only personal injury law firms in Fresno, California. Ms. Sanchez currently assists in managing our litigation caseload in addition to our trial calendar.
Emma splits her time between our litigation and pre-litigation departments. She assists with case management for the firm and coordinating with insurance adjusters to establish claims.
