We then demanded UM/UIM Arbitration and were awarded an additional $425,000 on his behalf.
$127,500.00 (Soft Tissue – Disputed Liability Car Accident) – Our client suffered low back, neck and claimed hip injuries resulting from a motor vehicle collision on the 101 Freeway near San Jose. The collision stemmed from a chain reaction collision and all parties pointed to the other involved vehicles. Our client suffered from soft tissue injuries in addition to receiving lumbar facet branch block injections.
